I met Doreen 10 years ago during dark and difficult times for us as a family. One particular night she called us on the phone and realised that we were both struggling. At the time Doreen was 95 years of age and it was a cold, dark Winters night. We heard a knock on the door at 10pm, opened it and there she was. She came in and spent the evening with us strengthing and supporting us, reading the scriptures with us. Her counsel based on principles of faith helped us during our challenges. Midnight approached and she got up to leave. Jon offered to take her home and she said I can walk alone I am not old. We will miss her wit, intelligence, kindness and love but grateful to the heavenly father that we shared and created beautiful memories together. In our hearts forever. Love Rasool and Jon xx
